Welcome to iLash Land located in Lake Charles, La. My name is Kia and I am a 5x certified and licensed eyelash specialist with 5 years of experience in the lash industry. I am the owner and service provider of iLash Land, specializing in all eyelash extension styles. My goal here at iLash Land is to customize every set to best fit and enhance your beauty to your liking! I also strive to give you the best lash experience at every visit! iLash Land is also expanding to offer the best quality lash supply in Louisiana for other lash professionals with the convenience of in-store pickup, shipping, and delivery!
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please contact me in advance for rescheduling. Please arrive promptly to your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. Any arrival after 10 minutes will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee. You will be required to reschedule a new appointment and charged a non refundable deposit. Deposits WILL NOT be transferred to another appointment UNLESS your appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour rescheduling time.
