CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please contact me in advance for rescheduling. Please arrive promptly to your appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period. Any arrival after 10 minutes will be cancelled and charged a 50% cancellation fee. You will be required to reschedule a new appointment and charged a non refundable deposit. Deposits WILL NOT be transferred to another appointment UNLESS your appointment is rescheduled before the 24 hour rescheduling time. If the cancellation fee is unable to be collected at the time of charging, THE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT SERVICE.
